If you have been a client, I may have on file your name, address, phone number and the email address that you have provided to me.  This data is held for final accounting purposes and so that I can send you copies of surveys/reports if you need them, communicate with you and post or email an invoice or payment reminder.  The data is held on a password protected computer and backups are held on a hard disk drive that does not interface with the internet.  You may contact me on 01526 888303 to request removal of your personal data.
